Tts Systematix Pvt Ltd has a small office tucked away in the Hooghly district. Specifically, you can find us at 11/I Daspara over in the Morepukur area of Rishra. It’s a busy little neighborhood with lots of people coming and going throughout the day. We’ve been here for a while now and most of the locals know where the Daspara Morepukur turn is. The office itself is pretty simple. There are no flashy signs or anything like that. Usually, the mornings start with someone making tea and then we dive into whatever projects we have going on. The West Bengal humidity can be a lot sometimes, especially in the middle of summer, but we have some fans going and we manage just fine. It’s a bit of a commute for some of us, but being near the Rishra side of things makes it accessible enough. We don’t really bother with corporate stuff or big meetings. Most of our time is spent sitting at our desks and working through the list of things that need doing. Sometimes the street outside gets a bit loud with the traffic and the vendors, but that's just how it is in this part of town. It feels like a real community here. We know the people at the corner shops and they know us. It’s just a regular workplace where we get on with things and try to stay productive until the day is over.
