We are based out of 118, Elliot Road, specifically in Elliot Palace on the 1st floor. It’s quite near Mullick Bazar, so there is always a lot of movement outside. Toto India Marketing isn’t some huge operation; we are just a small team working out of this office space. The building itself has been around for a long time. Being on the first floor is handy because you don’t have to wait for the elevator if you’re in a hurry. Our office is usually filled with samples and boxes because that’s the nature of the marketing business. It can get a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. Usually, it’s just a couple of us here making calls or checking the inventory. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. People just walk in and we talk to them. It’s a very straightforward way of doing things. The neighborhood is lively, and there is always somewhere to grab a quick snack nearby. We have been at this address for a while and the locals know us. We just focus on getting our daily tasks done without making a big fuss about it. It’s a practical location for what we do, and we’ve gotten used to the noise from Elliot Road. We just keep things simple and try to be helpful to anyone who stops by the office. It is just a small part of Elliot Palace, but it is where we feel at home.
