The Glorious Event Organisers

We are tucked away at 1/4 Monohar Pukur 2nd Lane, just off Deshopriya Park Road. Being near Priya Cinema makes it easy for people to find us, even if the lane itself is a bit narrow. Our office is a small space where we keep all our samples, catalogs, and folders of past work. It gets pretty cluttered with fabric swatches and flower ideas sometimes. Most of our day is spent on the phone with decorators, light men, and sound technicians. We have lived and worked in this part of Kolkata for a long time, so we know the local parks and halls well. It’s not a glamorous job like people think; it involves a lot of waiting around for vendors and double-checking lists. When we aren't out at a venue, we are here sitting around the table trying to make sense of a client's budget. The tea stall around the corner is where we usually end up when we need a break from the office. People come in with all sorts of ideas for their weddings or parties, and we just listen and write it all down in our notebooks. It’s a lot of physical work too, moving stuff around and making sure things aren't broken. We don't have any fancy software to manage things, just a lot of experience and some good connections in the market.
