Adesys Event Organization

We are based at 130, Basanta Lal Saha Road. It’s in the New Alipur area, not too far from the South City Building. Since we do event organization, the office is often full of random things. You might see boxes of decorations, rolls of carpet, or stacks of chairs waiting to be moved. Adesys is a small team. We spend a lot of time on our feet. Most of our work happens at other people's venues, so the office is more like a home base for planning. It’s not particularly stylish. We have a few computers and a big table for maps and schedules. The traffic on Basanta Lal Saha Road can get pretty heavy in the mornings. We usually try to get in early to avoid the worst of it. Dealing with events means things go wrong sometimes. A vendor shows up late or the weather changes. We just deal with it as it comes. It's a lot of logistics and phone calls. We don’t have a big marketing budget for ourselves. Most people just find us through word of mouth or seeing us at a local function. It’s honest work and keeps us moving. The storage room is a bit of a disaster, but we managed to find everything eventually. We like the neighborhood vibe and the fact that there is always a place nearby to grab a quick snack during a busy day.
