The Event Managers

We are located at 10/1E Santosh Roy Road in Kolkata. The Event Managers is a small company that has been working in this area for quite a while. Our office is usually filled with all sorts of things like rolls of ribbon, sample menus, and sketches of stage designs. It is not a very tidy place, but we know where everything is kept. We spend our time planning the details for different kinds of events, from small family gatherings to larger business functions. It is a lot of coordination work. We have to talk to the tent house people, the electricians, and the cooks almost every single day. Santosh Roy Road is always busy with traffic, so we have to plan our deliveries carefully or everything ends up being late. We don't have a corporate mission or anything like that. We just want to make sure the chairs are in the right place and the lights turn on when they are supposed to. Sometimes things go wrong, like a flower delivery being late or a sound system acting up, and we have to find a way to fix it quickly. It can be stressful, but we have gotten used to the pressure over the years. We are just regular people who enjoy the process of putting together a function. We keep our notes in big ledgers and try to stay on top of the schedule. It is just us here, doing the work day in and day out.
