Our place is at No. 21 Thakurpara Lane in the Helabattala area. It’s tucked away a bit, so if you’re coming for the first time, you might have to ask someone near the corner for directions. The lane is narrow, so parking is always a bit of a headache for anyone driving a big car. We’ve been operating out of this building for some time. It's an old structure, but it stays relatively cool even when the sun is beating down outside. Inside, it’s mostly just us and our equipment. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting room. If the bell rings, whoever is closest to the door usually gets up to open it. The neighborhood is quite lively, especially in the evenings when the local markets start getting busy. We usually spend our lunch breaks sitting by the window watching the street life below. It’s not a quiet place, but you get used to the sounds of the neighborhood after a week or two. We keep things pretty informal here. Most of the staff has been together for a few years, so we all know how each other works. We just focus on getting through the day's list and making sure nothing gets left behind for tomorrow. It’s a very grounded way to work, without any of the extra polish you see in bigger cities. There are usually a few stray cats hanging around the entrance too.
