Tectonics

Tectonics is situated at 189/6, B.B. Chatterjee Road in the Kasba Rath Tala area, specifically at 4B. It’s a busy part of the city, and the road outside always has something going on. Our office is on the fourth floor, so we get a bit of a view of the rooftops around us. It’s not a luxury building by any means. The stairs can be a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens once in a while. Inside, we have our desks and a lot of technical drawings spread out. We focus on our work and don't really worry about having the latest office chairs or a fancy coffee machine. We just use an old kettle and bring our lunch from home. The atmosphere is pretty quiet compared to the street below. We get a lot of light through the windows in the morning. Sometimes the traffic noise from B.B. Chatterjee Road drifts up, but it’s mostly just background sound. We aren't a huge team, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. There’s no corporate hierarchy here; we just talk across the room when we need something. We’ve been in Kasba for a good while and we like the neighborhood. It’s got a good energy to it. We just keep doing our thing, day in and day out, without any big fuss or complicated plans.
