Techsol Techniks Pvt. Ltd.

Techsol Techniks Pvt. Ltd. has a couple of spots where we work from. One is on the second floor in Ircvillage, Bhubaneswar, and the other is a flat in Netaji Nagar over in Kolkata. It’s a bit of a split, but we make it work between the two cities. I spend a lot of time on the phone or on trains going back and forth. It’s not a big corporate setup with a receptionist and all that. In Bhubaneswar, it’s a pretty standard office space where we handle the technical side of things. Over in Kolkata, at Flat No. 6, it’s more of a quiet place where we can focus on the details. We do a lot of technical work, mostly solving problems for other businesses. It can be a bit tiring managing two locations, but we’ve got good people in both places. We aren't looking to become some massive multinational. We just like doing our technical jobs and making sure people are happy enough to call us again. Sometimes the internet is slow in one office, or there's a local festival blocking the road in the other, but we just work around it. It’s a very human way of doing business. No scripts, no fancy mission statements, just a group of us trying to do right by the people who hire us in Odisha and West Bengal. We take things as they come and try to stay as practical as possible with every job we take on.
