We are located at 3/137 in Gandhi Colony, which is part of the Regent Estate area in Kolkata. It’s a bit of a maze to find if you aren't from around here, but the locals can usually point you toward the right house number. The office is really just a converted space that we’ve made our own over the years. During the monsoon, the rain hits the roof so loud we have to raise our voices to hear each other, but it’s just part of living in Kolkata. We have a few old wooden desks and some chairs that aren't the most comfortable, but they do the job for an eight-hour shift. There’s no big sign outside, just a small one near the bell. Most of the people working here live nearby, so we often walk or take a rickshaw to get in. It’s a very casual atmosphere where everyone knows each other's names and families. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or glossy brochures. We just handle the technical stuff and try to keep everything running smoothly for our clients. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but we usually just use that time to grab some tea from the shop down the road. It’s a humble setup, but it’s where we get things done every day without any extra drama or complicated rules. We just work hard and head home when the sun goes down.
