Technocommerce

We have our space at S/47 & 48 in Phase 3 of the Kasba Industrial Estate. Technocommerce has been operating in this East Township area for a good number of years. The industrial estate is a very busy place, full of small factories, workshops, and warehouses all doing their own thing. Our units are basically just functional areas where we keep our inventory and manage our day-to-day tasks. It is definitely not the kind of place where you are going to find nice carpets or expensive furniture. We have metal shelves, plenty of packing tape, and a few old desks for the paperwork side of the business. We spend most of our time coordinating between different suppliers and making sure our stock levels are where they need to be. The heat can get pretty bad during the summer because these industrial buildings weren't really built for comfort, but we get by with a few fans. We like being in Kasba because it feels like a place where real work is happening every day. There is a constant background noise of trucks and machines, which we have just gotten used to over time. We don't do any fancy marketing or networking events. Most of our business comes from people we have known for a long time. It is a simple setup that lets us focus on the work without any distractions. We just take it day by day.
