It is a pretty traditional area and things move at their own pace here compared to the big city. Our building is right on the street so you can’t really miss it if you are walking by. We have been operating from this spot for some time now and it has become a bit of a second home for the guys on the team. The commute can be a bit of a drag when the trains are late, but we manage. Inside, it is mostly desks and stacks of papers related to our metal work. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not; it is just a place where work happens. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but they hold up fine for what we need. We handle a lot of the logistical stuff from here and make sure the deliveries are being tracked properly. It gets humid in the summer, so the fans are always going. Most of us grew up around West Bengal so we are used to the rhythm of the place. It is a straightforward operation and we like it that way. No one wears suits unless they absolutely have to. Just plain clothes and honest work.
