We are based over in Ariadaha, which is a bit of a distance from the main hub of Kolkata but still very much part of the city’s pulse. Our office is in Biva Sadan, specifically Flat No-2A. It’s on M.M. Feeder Road, near the 6 No. Bagan area. It’s a residential building that we use for our operations. It feels more like a home than a corporate space. We have desks set up in the rooms, and there’s always a fan whirring to keep the heat away. Outside, the road is always busy with people heading to the market or the station. We handle a lot of the regional coordination from here. It involves a lot of back-and-forth with the different departments. Sometimes the internet is slow or the neighbor’s TV is too loud, but we make it work. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big signs or fancy furniture. It’s just a place where we come to do our jobs every day. We know the local shopkeepers and the people living in the other flats. It’s a very grounded way of doing business. You get to see the real side of Kolkata every day. The work is steady, and we try to keep things organized despite the general chaos of the city. It’s just how we operate.
