We are based at 218/B in Bangur Avenue, which is a fairly nice and busy spot in Kolkata. Our office is more of a converted residential space than a dedicated corporate office tower. We do IT solutions, which mostly means we fix things when they break, set up computer systems, and help people when they have trouble with their tech. It is a small team working here. If you walked in, you would see a lot of cables, tools, and hardware parts lying around on the tables. It probably looks a bit cluttered to anyone else, but we know exactly where every tool is kept. Bangur Avenue can be a busy place with lots of traffic, but our little corner is usually quiet enough for us to focus on the technical work. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures for us. We just focus on doing the work that comes in. If someone has a server problem or needs a new network set up for their small office, they usually give us a call. We have been at this address for a few years now. Most of our clients are other small businesses located in this same neighborhood. We like it that way because it feels more personal. You get to know the people you are helping out. We aren't a huge IT firm, just a few people who know their way around computers. Sometimes we work late to finish a project.
