Our office is located at T/31/J Biplabi Barin Ghosh Sarani in Kolkata. The pincode here is 700067. It is a bit of a busy street, but we are tucked away in our own space. Syntech Informatics Pvt Ltd is not a massive company with a shiny tower. We just have a few rooms where we keep our computers and all the cables that go with them. The desks are old and made of wood, and they are covered in papers and notebooks most of the time. In the mornings, someone usually brings in some tea or snacks, and we just sit down and start our day. The walls are painted a plain white, though it’s started to peel a little in the corners. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting area for people. If someone comes by, they just knock on the door and one of us will get up to see who it is. Most of our work is done on the monitors, so it is often pretty quiet in here, except for the sound of typing or someone talking on the phone. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded if we are all in at once, but it works for us. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because we don't really need them to get the job done. It's just a regular, honest place to work where we focus on what needs to get finished.
