Swaralipi Musical Events

We are located at 93 Italgacha Road in Kolkata. It’s a very specific part of town, right near Airport Gate Number 1. If you live around Italgacha, you know the area well. It gets quite busy with the airport traffic and people coming and going all the time. Swaralipi Musical Events has been based here for a bit now. It’s not a polished corporate office. It’s more of a workspace where we keep our things and get organized. The humidity in Kolkata can be tough, but we just open the windows and get on with it. We don't really have a sales pitch. We just take calls and plan things out from our desk. Being in the 700079 area code means we see a lot of different people. Some travelers get lost and end up near our door. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a while. The building at 93 isn't anything special to look at, but it serves its purpose for us. We don't have a big staff, just a few local folks who know the music scene and the city layout. We like being near the airport because it feels like the center of things. It’s a loud, lively spot to work. We don't use a lot of fancy language. We just do the work that needs doing every day.
