You can find us at 15-L-K-Residency, which is at 5/28 Teg Bahadur Road. It’s more of a residential-style setup, so it doesn't feel like a cold, gray office building. Svojas Pharmaceuticals is a small operation, and because it’s an OPC, it’s mostly just a couple of us handling everything from the ground up. We spend a lot of time on the computer or the phone, trying to coordinate with suppliers and customers. Teg Bahadur Road is a decent place to be, and it’s not too far from the main hubs. We don't have a big budget for decorating, so the office is pretty basic with just the essentials like desks, chairs, and some storage cabinets. We don't go around saying we have the best service. We just try to be honest with people about what we have in stock and when it can be delivered. Sometimes things go wrong, like a courier getting lost or a shipment being delayed, and we just have to figure it out. It’s a learning process every day. We don't use any corporate lingo or try to sound bigger than we are. We’re just a small business trying to find our way in the pharmaceutical market. It’s hard work and the hours can be long, but we just keep at it because that’s what we do. We focus on being reliable without any of the extra polish or corporate talk.
