Suntech

Suntech is based right here in Kolkata. It’s a busy city, but we’ve found our rhythm in it. We aren't trying to be the biggest name out there, just a reliable one. The office isn't anything to brag about, but it’s where we spend most of our time. We do our work, grab some tea from the stall nearby, and keep going. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic in the city, but we just stick to what we know. People who work here have been with us for a while, so we're more like a small family than a bunch of coworkers. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with long meetings that go nowhere. If something needs fixing, we just talk it out and fix it. It's a simple way to run things, and it keeps everyone sane. Kolkata is a place with a lot of history, and we're just one small part of it. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. You just walk in and talk to whoever is free. We handle whatever comes our way day by day. It’s not a complicated setup. We just show up, do the jobs we have, and go home. That’s pretty much the story of Suntech. No frills, just regular people working hard in the heart of the city. We don't need a lot of praise to feel good about our work.
