St Enterprises

Netaji Subhas Road is one of the busiest places you can imagine, and St Enterprises is right in the middle of it at number 147. If you’ve ever walked down this road, you know how the trucks and the handcarts are always fighting for space. We have been here for a long time, watching the shops around us change while we just keep doing our thing. Our space is usually filled with boxes and paper, and there is always a phone ringing somewhere in the background. It is not the kind of place where you find fancy decorations. We have old wooden desks and shelves that have seen better days, but they do the job. We spend our time talking to suppliers and making sure the orders are packed correctly before they head out into the chaos of the street. Dealing with the traffic on Netaji Subhas Road is a daily challenge, but it’s just part of life here. We don't have a mission statement or any of that corporate talk. We just want to make a living and treat people fairly. Some days are better than others, especially when the weather is bad and the road gets flooded, but we still open up. It is hard work, and the hours are long, but this is our spot and we are used to the rhythm of this busy area every day.
