Spanco Bpo Services Ltd. (Reliance Process)

Spanco Bpo Services is tucked away in Bankimpally, over in the Majherhati area of Nimta. It’s a bit of a trek if you’re coming from the main city, but it’s a decent neighborhood. We’re working on the Reliance Process here. The office isn’t in a big tech park or anything like that. It’s just a building in a regular street. Most of the staff live nearby or take the local trains. It gets busy during the shift changes. You’ll see people hanging around the gate, talking or grabbing a quick snack before they head in. The work is steady. We handle a lot of calls and data. It can get a bit noisy when everyone is on the phone at once. The post office in Nimta is just down the road if we need to send anything out. We’ve got the 700 049 pin code. It’s a quiet area mostly, away from the huge malls. We focus on getting through the daily targets. Sometimes the power flickers, but we have the backup generators. It’s not a glamorous setup, just a bunch of desks and computers. We know the local rickshaw pullers by name. It feels like a small community even though we’re part of a bigger company. We just come in, do the work, and head home. That’s the rhythm of life at this branch. The air is a bit clearer here than in central Kolkata, which is a nice bonus for us.
