Siddha Real Estate Group operates out of an office at C/O Miss Pauline Ward in Kolkata, West Bengal 700019. This is where we handle all the talk and paperwork about buildings and land. Real estate in this city is never a dull moment. We spend half our time looking at blueprints or contracts and the other half out on the streets looking at actual properties. The office is usually a bit chaotic with maps spread out on the tables and people coming in to ask about apartment prices. Miss Pauline Ward keeps things running as best as she can amidst all the phone calls. We aren’t the type to wear expensive suits every day; we’re usually just in comfortable clothes because we’re walking around construction sites or old buildings. It’s a lot of work trying to find the right place for someone, and it doesn't always go smoothly. There are plenty of days where things get delayed or a deal falls through, but that’s just how it goes in this business. We’ve been around the 700019 area for a long time, so we know which streets get flooded and which ones are quiet at night. We just try to be honest about what we see. We don’t have any fancy promises to make, we just show the houses and let the people decide for themselves.
