Our office is up on the 4th floor of Shiva Apartments, specifically unit S-4 in Baishnabghata. We’re in Patuli, Block-D, on Plot No-3. It’s a decent climb up if the elevator is being grumpy, which happens more often than we would like. Being on the 4th floor gives us a bit of a view of the Patuli area, which is nice when we take a break. The office itself is pretty simple. We’ve got some desks, a few computers, and a lot of wires for the communication work we handle. Kolkata-700094 is a growing part of the city, and we’ve seen a lot of changes around here lately. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a few of us trying to keep the communication lines open for our clients. We don't use any complicated business strategies or fancy software that we don't need. We just take the calls as they come and try to fix whatever problems are reported. The workspace can be a bit noisy when the fans are on full blast during the summer, but we’re used to it. We like being in Patuli because it’s a bit greener and more relaxed than the city center. Most of our work is done over the phone or through emails, so we don't get a ton of walk-in visitors. We just keep things moving and try to stay on top of the schedule. It’s a straightforward job in a regular apartment building. We're just here doing our thing.
