We are based in the Esplanade area, which is always full of people and energy. It’s one of those parts of the city where you can find almost anything if you look hard enough. Our setup is pretty modest. We focus on providing tech services to whoever needs them, whether it’s a small repair or something a bit more involved. The office isn't very large, but we make the most of the space we have. There are always tools and gadgets lying around in various stages of being fixed. It’s a bit messy, but it’s a working mess. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive signs. We’d rather just focus on getting the technical work done right. Most of our customers are locals or people working nearby who just need someone they can talk to normally. We don't use a lot of technical jargon unless we absolutely have to. We just explain what the problem is and how we can fix it. It’s a busy life here in the heart of the city, and we like being right in the middle of it all. In a place like Esplanade, you have to move fast, but we try to take our time to get the tech side right. We have some old posters on the walls and a desk that’s been here since we opened. It’s a bit cramped when more than three people are inside, but it works for us.
