We operate out of Bejoygarh Colony in South Kolkata, specifically at 74/11/20 Sri Ram Thakur Road. This is a residential area that has grown into a busy little hub over the years, and we have grown with it. Our setup is at Sukhada Biswas’s place. It feels more like a home than a formal office, which is how we like to keep things. The neighborhood is full of small houses and narrow lanes where everyone knows each other by name. When you walk into our workspace, you’ll see piles of textiles and a couple of people busy on their phones or writing in registers. We don't have a big corporate sign outside to draw attention. Most of our work involves managing the textile supply chain from this small base. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed most days. We might take a break for fish curry at lunch or stop to talk to a neighbor passing by the window. It gets a bit hectic during the festive seasons when everyone wants their orders at once and the phone doesn't stop ringing. We don't have fancy furniture or a high-tech setup. It’s just old desks, some sturdy wooden shelves, and a lot of hard work. Being in the 700032 area means we are well-connected to the city, but we still have that quiet colony vibe. We are just regular people trying to run a textile business without any big pretensions. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living in Kolkata.
