Saregama India Ltd

Working for Saregama India Ltd at the Be-240 office in Salt Lake is a bit different from the busy center of Kolkata. Salt Lake has all those blocks and trees, so it feels much more organized and a lot quieter. We are in the 700064 area. Our office is a functional space where we handle the local business. It’s not one of those huge glass towers you see in the movies. It’s a solid building that has seen plenty of monsoons. Inside, it is mostly just desks, computers, and people drinking tea while they work on spreadsheets. We get a lot of mail delivered here because of the name on the door. Even though the company is big, this specific office feels more like a small team just doing their bit. The walk from the main road isn't too bad, and there are some decent places to get a snack nearby. We have been at this Salt Lake address for a long time now. The furniture is a little old and the paint might be peeling a bit in the corners, but it’s a comfortable place to spend the day. We don't really have a lot of visitors, it is mostly just us getting the work done. It is a very typical Kolkata office atmosphere—steady, a bit slow at times, but always moving forward with whatever needs to happen for the music business.
