Saira Enterprise

Our place is located at 46R Gorachand Road. It’s a narrow street and it can get quite crowded with people walking by and delivery vans trying to squeeze through. We have been operating Saira Enterprise from this spot for a good number of years. Inside, it’s mostly shelves and boxes. We aren't big on decorating the place, we just need it to be functional for what we do. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we never seem to find the time to stop working long enough to do it. We handle a variety of items and orders throughout the week. Sometimes it feels like there isn't enough space for everything, but we manage to find a corner for every new shipment. The neighbors are mostly other small businesses, so we all know each other pretty well. We share news about the street or the weather while we're out front. It’s not a corporate environment at all. We wear regular clothes and talk to our customers like they’re just regular people, because they are. We don't have a website that does everything for us; we still like to talk to people directly. It’s a bit old-fashioned, maybe, but it works for us. When the day is over, we lock up the heavy gates and walk down the road. It’s a basic way of doing business, but it keeps us going and we’re happy with that.
