Our office is located at 10/A Champa Road in Rishra, which is part of the Hooghly district. It is a bit of a distance from Kolkata, but Sahara India Media And Entertainment has been operating from here for quite some time. The neighborhood has a bit of a small-town feel, which is different from the main city. Champa Road isn't too wide, so you see a lot of rickshaws and people walking by our door throughout the day. We handle media and entertainment tasks here. It’s a lot of organizing and keeping track of things. We don't have a flashy office with a bunch of decorations. It’s just a place with desks, chairs, and the equipment we need to do our jobs. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad compared to going into the city. We don't use any fancy marketing language to describe what we do. We just work on our projects and try to get things done right. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic when there’s a big deadline, but mostly we just keep a steady pace. We know our neighbors and the local shops where we get our snacks. It is a very normal, practical workplace. We don’t try to be something we aren't; we just show up and handle the media work as it comes in. It’s been a good spot for us all these years and we keep things simple.
