Our small office is located at 2A Mitra Colony. It is right in the heart of Kolkata, postcode 700034. It is not a very large space, but it works for us. We handle various business tasks throughout the day. Usually, there are only three or four of us here at any given time. The building is older, so it has some character, and sometimes the stairs are a bit narrow to climb. We do not spend money on expensive furniture or decorations because we do not see the need for it. We just need our desks and computers to function. Most of our day is spent talking to people over the phone or replying to messages. We have been in this neighborhood for a good while. The neighbors know us well enough by now. Sometimes the traffic outside is loud, but you get used to it after a week or so. We aren't a corporate giant with thousands of employees. We are just a local operation doing what we do. Some days are slower than others, but that is just the nature of business. We like to keep things simple and avoid complicated processes that waste time. If you come by, you will probably see us with stacks of files on our desks. It’s a practical way of working. We aren't flashy. We just show up every morning and do the work that needs doing.
