We are located at 14/4B Jadu Colony, right in the Behala area of Kolkata. Being in a colony means it is a bit quieter than the main roads, which we actually like. It feels more like a residential neighborhood where we just happen to have an office. We do software work here, so it is a lot of sitting and thinking. Our desks are pushed up against the walls, and the wires are everywhere, which is pretty typical for a place like this. Behala-700034 is a familiar part of the city for us, and many of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad most days. We have a small pantry where we make our own tea and sometimes share snacks someone brought from home. The building isn't brand new, but it serves its purpose well. We don't have any big signs or advertisements out front. People find us when they need software help. The atmosphere is relaxed, and nobody wears a suit or anything like that. We just wear our regular clothes and get to work on the projects we have on our plates. Sometimes we stay late when a project is finishing up, and the colony gets very still and dark. It is a decent place to work, with good people who just want to get their tasks done without any fuss or unnecessary corporate drama.
