Our office is located at 21/1/1 Khetra Mitra Lane in the Salkia area of Howrah. It’s a bit of a walk through some narrow streets to find us, but we have been here for a long time. Reliance Hr Services Pvt. Ltd. is basically a small team that helps other companies find workers. We spend most of our mornings going through stacks of resumes and making calls to people who are looking for jobs. The office isn't anything special to look at. We have some old wooden desks, a few chairs that creak, and filing cabinets that are usually overflowing with paperwork. Salkia is a very crowded and noisy part of town, so there is always the sound of horns and people shouting outside our windows. We handle a lot of the boring stuff that comes with hiring people, like checking references and making sure the payroll details are correct. It can be quite repetitive. Sometimes the internet goes down or the power cuts out for an hour, and we just sit and wait while drinking some tea from the shop downstairs. We aren't trying to change the world. We just want to help local businesses get their staffing sorted out without too much trouble. It’s a steady pace of work. We talk to all kinds of people every day. Some are nervous about their first job, and others are just looking for a change. We listen to them and try to find a spot where they might fit in.
