Prolite Paints & Chemicals

We are located in the Behala Industrial Estate at A-2. The main road near us is 620, Diamond Harbour Road. If you’ve ever driven down that way, you know how the traffic is. Our building is right in the thick of the industrial zone. Prolite Paints & Chemicals has been making and mixing stuff here for quite some time. It’s a bit dusty and the smell of paint is always in the air, but that’s just part of the job. We have our vats and mixing equipment set up on the ground floor. It’s not the kind of place where you’d wear a suit. We are usually in our work clothes, covered in a bit of whatever we are making that day. We handle a lot of different chemical batches for local builders and shops. It’s hard work, especially when the humidity gets high in Kolkata. We don't have a fancy website or a sales team. Usually, people just call us or stop by the estate when they need a batch of something specific. The guys in the back have been with us for years and they know the formulas by heart. We just try to keep things moving and get the orders out on time. It’s a busy, messy, but honest way to make a living for all of us here.
