Pro Media Art

Pro Media Art is situated out in Baruipur, at 50/C Piyali Town. It is a bit of a distance from the main center of Kolkata, but that is exactly how we prefer it. The pace of life and work is a little slower and more relaxed here in the 24 Parganas area. Our office is a part of the local community, and we see the same familiar faces walking by every single morning. We do various types of art and media work, mostly just sitting at our desks and working through whatever projects are currently on our schedule. The building we occupy is very simple and doesn’t really stand out from the other houses on the street. We don’t have a marketing department or anyone to do sales. Most people find us because they live in the neighborhood or because they heard about us from someone else who lives nearby. The air feels a little bit fresher here than it does in the middle of the city, which we all appreciate. We have a few computers and some art supplies scattered all over the place. It can get a bit messy when we are really busy with a project, but we usually know where everything is hidden. Lunch is usually something we bring from our homes or buy from the little food shack down the road. We are just a small group of people trying to do decent work without a lot of drama or noise. Baruipur is growing fast, but it still feels like a town where people know each other.
