Prasanta Ghosh

I am Prasanta Ghosh and I work out of number 32 on Satish Mukherjee Road. Kolkata is my home and this specific street is where I spend most of my time. It is an old part of the city, and the building definitely reflects that long history. I like the high ceilings and the way the air moves through the big windows. My setup is very simple. I have a sturdy wooden table and some chairs for when people come to visit me. Satish Mukherjee Road can be quite busy with traffic and people walking to the local markets. You hear the car horns and the people shouting, but it is just part of the charm of living in the 700026 area. I do not believe in having a polished, modern office that looks like it belongs in a different city. This place fits my personality. I have been at this address for many years, and I have seen the neighborhood change a lot. I just keep doing my thing every single day. I start my work after a hot cup of tea and usually stay until the sun goes down in the evening. People know where to find me if they need something. I do not use a lot of modern technology if I do not have to. I prefer writing things down and keeping physical files in my cabinet. It works for me and it keeps my life simple.
