We've been over here on Surya Sen Street for quite a while now. Dealing with properties in Kolkata isn't always easy, but it's what we do every day at Pioneer Property Management Ltd. The office is at 14/B, and usually, someone is around to answer the phone or handle the basic paperwork. Tenants call about leaks or rent stuff, and owners want to know their buildings are okay. We spend a lot of time running around the city looking at flats and making sure things aren't falling apart. It’s mostly just making sure the paperwork is straight and the maintenance gets done when someone complains. You know how it is with old buildings in this part of town. Sometimes the plumbing acts up or the paint starts peeling, and we have to find someone to fix it fast. We don't try to be anything fancy, just a small team trying to keep things organized. If you walk past our place near the college square area, you'll see we're just a regular office. We keep our files in order and try to stay on top of the local rules. It's a lot of phone calls and checking on keys, honestly. People come in and out all day asking about available spaces or reporting a broken gate. We just take notes and try to get to it as soon as we can. It’s busy but we like being right here in the middle of everything.
