Pidilite Industries Ltd.

Over at 28 Rastraguru Avenue in Dum Dum, that is where Pidilite Industries Ltd is set up. Kolkata-28 is a place with a lot of history, and the streets around here have a certain character you do not find anywhere else. Our office is a modest one. It is not some high-tech hub; it is just a building on a busy street where we do our daily work. We’ve been here for a good while, and we know the area like the back of our hands. The fans hum overhead while we go through our ledgers and handle the local business. Being in Dum Dum means we are close to everything, but the traffic on Rastraguru Avenue can be a bit much in the evenings. We do not really care about having the latest office furniture or fancy decorations. We just care about making sure the work for Pidilite Industries Ltd gets done on time. It is a very human way of doing things. We talk to the locals, we know the tea stall guy down the road, and we keep things moving. It gets humid in the summer, but we just open the windows and keep going. It is a no-nonsense kind of place. We are not here to look important, we are just here to work and be a part of the Kolkata life. Sometimes the rain floods the street a little, but we just roll up our trousers and get on with it.
