Peacock Enterprise

Peacock Enterprise is at 105/1 Beliaghata Main Road. It’s a busy part of town, so there is always noise from the street coming through the front door. We have been in this building for a while now. It’s an old place with high ceilings and some cracks in the walls, but it works for what we do. We mostly deal with moving goods in and out. The front area is usually cluttered with boxes that just arrived or are waiting to be picked up. I sit at a small wooden desk near the window so I can see who is coming. We don't have a big sign, just the name on the door. Dealing with the traffic on Beliaghata Main Road is the hardest part of the day, especially when the delivery vans are trying to park. We know the tea seller nearby very well because he comes by three times a day. We don’t have a fancy showroom or anything. If someone wants to see what we have, they just walk into the warehouse area at the back. It’s dusty and we have to use flashlights sometimes because the bulbs are dim. It’s just a regular business run by a few of us who have lived in this area for years. We just try to keep the inventory straight and handle the orders as they come in. There is no corporate polish here, just boxes and hard work.
