We have been here at No. 55/2 Adhar Chandra Das Lane for a long time now. People around here know us as Makali Plastic Co. It’s just a regular place where we deal with all sorts of plastic items that folks need for their homes or work. We started out small and stayed that way, mostly because we like knowing our neighbors. The lane can get a bit crowded sometimes, but we are easy to find if you are looking for us. My father used to say that plastic is one of those things everyone needs but nobody thinks about until they don't have a bucket or a container. We try to keep a good stock of stuff on the shelves. Sometimes the shop is a bit messy with boxes everywhere, but that’s just how it goes when we get a new delivery in. We don't really do much fancy advertising or anything like that. Most people just walk in because they saw the sign or heard about us from someone else on Adhar Chandra Das Lane. It’s a simple setup. We open up in the morning, sweep the front, and wait for the day to start. If you need something specific, you can just ask. We know where everything is even if it looks cluttered to you. That’s just how Makali Plastic Co. operates. We are just local people doing our bit in the neighborhood and making sure things run smooth.
