Our office is tucked away in Flat No 1/A of the Ma Saroda Apartment. We are located in the Ichapur Manicktala area, which falls under the Nawabganj post office in the North 24 Parganas district. It is a bit of a journey from the main city, but it is a nice, quiet residential neighborhood. Pathfinder Group of Media & Management has been using this flat as its base for a while now. It feels more like a home than an office most days. We have set up our desks in the different rooms, and we do all our media and management planning from here. The apartment complex is mostly full of families, so we try to keep things quiet and not bother the neighbors. It is a very local setup, and most of our staff live nearby or commute from the neighboring towns. We handle a lot of different tasks, from organizing events to helping people with their management training. There isn't any big corporate signage outside, just a small plate on the door. We like the fact that we are integrated into a regular community. It keeps us grounded and reminds us of the people we are actually working for. Sometimes we sit on the balcony for a break and watch the world go by on the street below. It is a modest way to run a business, but it gives us the focus we need without the distractions of a city center.
