At Panmall Bothra & Co., we like to keep things straightforward. We don’t have a big corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. Our workspace is just a simple room with some old desks and a few chairs for whenever someone stops by to talk. We’ve been running this for a long time, and we’ve seen a lot of changes in the business world, but we haven't changed much ourselves. We still prefer writing things down in a diary rather than putting everything on a computer, though we do use them when we have to. The atmosphere here is pretty relaxed. We don't wear suits or follow any strict rules about how to speak. It’s more like a family setting where everyone knows what they have to do. We take our breaks together and talk about the news or the weather. Sometimes customers come in just to say hello even if they don't have an order to place. It feels like a better way to do business than being cold and professional all the time. We aren't looking to become a giant company with hundreds of employees. We like being small because we can keep an eye on everything and make sure things are done right. It’s just a honest day’s work for us at Panmall Bothra & Co., and we are happy with that. We close up around six every evening and head home.
