You can find us over at 28/N P. N. Middya Road. It is a bit of a tight street so parking can be a real headache some days. Inside, there are boxes stacked up in the corners and wires running across the workbenches. We deal with all sorts of electronic parts and gadgets. If a device stops working, someone usually brings it here to see if it can be saved. Some days are just spent soldering small parts or testing circuits to see why they aren't pulsing right. It can be tedious work. My hands usually have a bit of grease or solder on them by lunch. The street outside is always noisy with rickshaws and people shouting, but you get used to it after a month or two. We started with just a few tools and now the shelves are pretty full of spare components. It’s not a shiny showroom. It looks like a place where things actually get built or fixed. I keep the tea kettle in the back for when friends drop by. Sometimes we sit and talk about how much technology has changed since we first opened on P. N. Middya Road. We just handle the hardware and try to keep the machines running for the folks around here. It is honest work and it keeps the lights on. The shop stays open late most nights because that is when people have time to bring their stuff in.
