Our office is at 39/4, Deshpan Sasal Road in the Kadamtala area of Howrah. Out Of Home Media (India) Pvt.Ltd has been here for a good amount of time. Howrah is a busy, industrial kind of place, and our location reflects that. It’s a bit gritty and noisy outside with all the trucks and traffic on Deshpan Sasal Road. Inside, it’s just us trying to manage the outdoor media stuff. We have maps and schedules pinned to the walls. It’s not a pretty office. There are stains on the floor and the paint is peeling in some spots, but it’s where we get the work done. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate values posted everywhere. We just focus on getting the billboards and signs sorted. It’s a lot of logistical work and sometimes it gets stressful. We don’t use any polished language. If a job is tough, we say it’s tough. The 711101 area is our base, and we know it well. Most of us live nearby, so we don’t have far to travel. We’re just regular people working in a regular office in Howrah. We don’t have a marketing team to make us sound better than we are. We just show up every morning and do what needs to be done for the business. Sometimes we even stay through the weekend if there is a big campaign launching and the pressure is on.
