We are located on the third floor, specifically in FL-3C at 156/23/A on B.T. Road in Kolkata. It’s a busy area in North Parganas, and you can always hear the traffic from the main road down below. Being up on the third floor gives us a bit of a break from the dust, but we still hear the honking of the buses all day long. We are in the pharmaceutical business, though our office is mostly for the administrative and distribution side of things. It’s not a polished corporate office with carpets and expensive furniture. It’s mostly just metal desks, filing cabinets, and some computers. We spend our days coordinating with suppliers and making sure the inventory is moving where it needs to go. The lift in our building works most of the time, but we often end up taking the stairs when we’re in a hurry. It’s just a small group of us working here. We don't have a big mission or a set of corporate values on the wall. We just focus on the daily tasks and making sure no mistakes are made with the orders. Sometimes the monsoon rain makes the commute difficult, but we always make it in to get the work done. We handle everything from the paperwork to the physical checks of the medicine batches. It’s a practical, straightforward way of working that suits us well here on B.T. Road.
