Nav Creation Pvt. Ltd. is based at 15, Umadas Lane. This is right in the Park Street area of Kolkata, 700016. If you know Kolkata, you know Park Street is always full of life. But Umadas Lane is a little tucked away from the main noise. Our office is in an older building that has a lot of character. We don't have a shiny new lobby. Instead, we have narrow hallways and rooms filled with fabrics and designs. We have a small group of people working here. Some of us have been with Nav Creation Pvt. Ltd. for many years. We spend our time working on new ideas and making sure the production is going okay. It gets quite hot in the afternoons, so we keep the windows open or the old AC units running. You can hear the sounds of the street outside, the taxis and the people talking. It is a very typical Kolkata workspace. We don't bother with corporate talk. We just focus on the work on our desks. Sometimes we go out to the local stalls for tea and snacks. It is a friendly place to work. We are proud to be in such a historic part of the city. Being at 15 Umadas Lane means we are close to everything but still have our own little corner to get things done. We finish our work and then head out into the busy city evening.
