We are located over in Kolkata, specifically at Block A, Flat Ie on D.H. Road. It's an apartment-style office, so it feels more like a home than a big corporate building. Being Midsea Marine Construction (P) Ltd., you’d think we’d be right on the water, but this is where we do all the planning and paperwork. Kolkata 63 is a busy area, and there's always a lot of traffic on the road outside. We’ve got a small team here. Most of the time, the rooms are filled with blueprints and files related to marine projects. It gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at once. We don’t have a fancy reception area. Usually, you just walk in and someone will be there to help you out. We’ve been working out of this flat for a while. It’s convenient for us. The windows look out onto the street, and you can hear the city life all day long. We don’t do much advertising. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they know the area. Construction is a messy business, but our office stays relatively clean compared to the sites. It’s just a normal workplace with people drinking tea and talking about concrete and boats. We like the neighborhood. It has everything we need close by. It’s a simple setup for a company like ours. We don't need much more than our desks and a good connection to get things moving.
