Monsanto India Limited

Our place is located at No.-83 on Silver Jugallie Park Road. It’s a bit of a walk from the main junction, but most people find us okay once they get into the rhythm of the street. The building itself is pretty standard, nothing too special to look at from the outside. Inside, we have our desks and the usual office equipment that stays busy throughout the week. Monsanto India Limited has been at this spot for some time now, and we’ve gotten used to the noise of the traffic. Sometimes the road gets backed up in the afternoons, especially when the weather is bad. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or working through various spreadsheets. It’s mostly just us doing our daily tasks and trying to stay on top of everything that comes our way. We have a small break area where we usually sit and eat lunch together. It’s not a very big team here, so everyone knows each other well. We don't really do much in the way of big meetings; it's more about just getting the work done as it comes in. A few trees are planted out front which gives a bit of shade during the summer months. It's a decent place to work. We just keep our heads down and handle the business side of things day by day. Nothing too complicated about how we run things here. It's just a regular office environment.
