Microsoft Priority Reseller (E-Mall)

We are set up in E-Mall on C.R Avenue, specifically near the Kolkata Police Quarters Road. Being in Bow Bazaar means it is always busy around here. It’s a Microsoft Priority Reseller spot, so we have a lot of computers and gear around the shop. The mall gets a lot of foot traffic, especially on weekends when everyone is out shopping. Our space isn't huge, but we pack a lot into it. It can get a little loud with all the screens and people talking, but that’s just how it is in a tech mall. We spend most of our time answering questions and showing how the different laptops work. It’s a lot of standing around and talking to people who are usually in a hurry. We try to keep the shelves tidy, though it’s hard when things are moving fast. The walk from the metro is short, which is why we get so many visitors. We aren't some corporate office; we are just the staff on the floor helping out. Sometimes the air conditioning in the mall is too cold, and other times it’s not enough. We just deal with it. It’s a straightforward job in a busy part of Kolkata. No big speeches, just selling electronics day in and day out. We've been here since the mall opened and it's quite the experience.
