We are located over at 81/1 Sreerampur North, which is in the Garia area of Kolkata. Our post office is also Garia, and the pin code is 700084. We operate as part of the Synergie Group under the name Medica Pharmacy. The shop is tucked away in a spot that locals know well. Kolkata is a city that never really stops, and Garia is no different. It’s always lively around here. We spend our time managing the pharmacy side of things. It involves a lot of checking stock, talking to suppliers, and making sure the shelves have what people are looking for. The building itself is an older one, like many in this part of North Sreerampur. We have some shelves that are a bit wobbly and the floor has seen better days, but it’s a functional space. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks or try to look like those big chain stores you see in malls. We're just a local pharmacy team trying to keep things running smoothly. Sometimes it gets very busy and there's a bit of a wait, but we try to move as fast as we can. It’s a lot of manual work and staying on top of the details. We like being part of the community here. People stop by not just for their needs but sometimes just to say hello. It's a simple life and a simple business, and that's how we prefer it for now.
