Mecon Ltd

Being on Choeringhee Road in Kolkata is quite an experience every day. Our office is at number 50, right in the thick of things. West Bangal has this energy that never really stops, and being here at Mecon Ltd, we feel that. The streets are always crowded, especially during the peak hours, but we have gotten used to the noise by now. It is a busy place to work. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that writing this, it is just us. The building itself has some history to it, I think. We spend our hours looking at files and handling whatever comes our way. Sometimes the humidity in Kolkata gets really high and we just have to sit under the fan and keep moving. It is not like those polished offices you see in magazines. We have files everywhere and the desks are a bit cluttered. But we know where everything is. People stop by sometimes just to ask for directions because of where we are located. We take it one day at a time here. Working at Mecon Ltd on Choeringhee Road feels like being part of the city's heartbeat, even if it is just doing boring office work most of the time. We try to keep things honest and just get the tasks finished before the day ends. It is a long commute for some of us, but we make it work somehow and keep the office running.
