Mecon Ltd

Mecon Ltd is tucked away on the ground floor at 290/4 East Sinthi Cross Road. We have been in this part of Dum Dum for a long time now. It’s a busy corner of Kolkata and the street noise is something you just get used to after a week or so. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just some old wooden desks and a couple of filing cabinets that have seen better days. We spend our mornings sorting through papers and taking calls from people in the neighborhood. The ground floor location is handy because the humidity in Kolkata can be brutal, and nobody wants to climb stairs in that heat. We have a small ceiling fan that wobbles a bit but keeps the air moving. Sometimes the local tea seller stops by and we take a short break. It is a very normal, local way of working. Most of our day is just regular tasks and talking to the people who drop in. The neighbors are mostly families and other small shops, so it feels like a community. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us making sure everything gets done. The address is easy to find if you know the East Sinthi area, just look for the building near the cross road. We keep things simple and try not to overcomplicate our work. It’s just a plain office in a busy part of the city.
