Manpower

The Manpower office is located at 60-B Puddapukur Road, right in the Bhownipore area of Kolkata. We’ve been in this spot for a while, and it’s a pretty standard setup for a recruitment place. We have people coming in and out all day looking for work or asking about different job openings we might have on the books. Bhownipore is a classic part of the city, and being on Puddapukur Road means we are right in the middle of everything. The office itself is usually cluttered with folders and application forms. We don't really have a polished reception area; it’s more about sitting down at a desk and having a real conversation about what someone can do. Some days are incredibly busy with dozens of interviews, and other days we’re just catching up on emails and checking references. It can get a bit humid in the summer, but we make do with what we have. We aren't a big flashy agency with advertisements everywhere. Most people find us because they know the address or someone told them to come by. We just try to match folks with the right kind of work without making it too complicated. It’s honest work, and we enjoy seeing someone get a job they were looking for. The tea stall nearby is where we usually take our breaks and talk about the day’s challenges. It's just a normal Kolkata office doing its thing.
