Manpasand Manpower

We've been at 26/B, Noor Ali Lane in Kolkata for a bit now. If you know the 700014 area, you probably know where Noor Ali Lane is. It's usually busy around here. Manpasand Manpower is just our small setup here. We handle a lot of phone calls and people walking in looking for work or needing people for their teams. It's not fancy. Just desks and some files. Kolkata is a big city and finding the right person for a job takes time. Sometimes it's raining hard outside and the street gets messy, but we stay open. We mostly just focus on getting the paperwork right and making sure everyone knows where they need to go. It’s hard work sometimes. There’s no secret to it, just staying organized and talking to folks who come by. We see a lot of different people every day. Some are looking for their first job, others have been working for years. We just try to keep things moving. It gets loud with the traffic outside, but that's just how it is in this part of town. We've got our routine down. It isn't a huge office, but it works for what we do. 26/B is easy to find if you're looking for us. We're usually here from morning until the evening, just sorting through applications and trying to help people out.
